Music Makes Me Lose Control
Let’s take a ride. I know I am not alone with this one. I am driving down the interstate and Future comes on. All of a sudden I crank the volume high, I’m bopping my head, my hands instantly start pointing, shoulders rocking and I start feeling the music. Without realizing, I am going a bit faster, I have one hand on the wheel and I’m swerving into lanes without any signals. Whatever I learned in Driver’s Ed has COMPLETELY gone out the window.
Music meets us deeper than we can imagine.
Have you ever been captivated by a new song from an unknown artist? You FEEL it inside of you almost as if it is vibrating from within. This is because music affects us subconsciously and is deeply connected to the frequencies we are both emitting and attracting.
“Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.” – Albert Einstein
Solfeggio tones are comprised of a frequency required to balance your energy, mind, body and spirit while bringing harmony into your life. When I first came across this I was VERY confused. How can music balance my love life, repair my DNA and turn grief into joy? Well darling, it is all a part of the healing process. Music therapy has demonstrated efficacy as a treatment for reducing depression, anxiety and chronic pain.
I am in no way saying throw the towel in on Future. Actually, I don’t think I can let go of HNDRXX quite yet haha. Different settings simply require a different music choice. I do have one small task, though: become aware of what you are listening too and how it brings about a shift in you. Ask questions like: Am I feeling more aggressive or is it relaxing my mind? These frequencies are powerful. When I want to relax I listen to music at 432 Hz -- soul, Mozart or Jazz to name a few. If you are looking to lift your heart try 528 Hz. These frequencies can bring you back in alignment on your self-love journey.
